personally, i use EBC's and they run about $26 a set from my local dealer...$38 id say is super steep

try this, but you have to spend over $99 to get free shipping

i run the EBC severe duties, they work great for wear resistance but if you are on them hard for a while like when racing they seem to get a bit spongy from the heat buildup. That is partially atributed to the rubber lines too though. depending on what conditions you are in and what you do with it you should get the right kind for your app. if you ride everything including sand and mud get the SVs, if not read up on the sintered and the others and see what fits the bill. just my .02 steve

I also run the EBC severe duties. They work great in very muddy or sandy conditions. The standard EBC brakes wore out way to fast.

X3 on the severe duties, I run them with SS lines and the feel and stoping power is terrific. Worth every penny.

A break in should help but if you still have the stock front brake lines you just coupled a pad with less stopping power then OEM and some of the worst brake lines you can find. I would have gone OEM on the front with stock lines, EBC SD with SS lines.
