400ex questions

I was wondering if anyone has ever made there 400 a dual pipe, and can you do it with the stock pipes (until i can get two aftermarkets). Also i've been reading on here alot about people putting a 450r carb on the 400, what does that do for performance and what all do i need to do it other than the 450r carb. Thanks for the link atv fan but i think i'll stick to makin my own rather than spend 800 dollars. I plan on going through with it when I get my 400ex which I plan on buying this summer. The main reason I want to do it is because it'll be different. Plus I'm still wondering what putting the 450r carb on it does, and every time i've read about it they mention a hot start to what is that.
