There was an exhaust company that had some press a year or so ago they called it the Shark. The Laeger exhaust looks just like it. I have been told recently that Laeger was bought out by a french company.

Laeger wasn't bought out, Jason Touhy and Scott Taylor own it. Mark and Sussie Laeger are still involved in it, not too much though.
