someone tell me will stock size 450r a-arms fit on my 400ex? should they b same yr? will i need longer brake lines? i hav a new set of stainless steel for 400ex and would really like to use them.

r the 450 wider i also ride all the areas u do except havent been to carolina. hatfield is awesome and cheep. proving grounds were cool but im not really a fan of track stuff rather tackle steep long hills and ky was cool but all the rocks HURT.

they won't fit because where they mount to the frame is wider than the 400's

There are definitely some rocky sections at Black Mountain. I know the trails well enough now to avoid those. 25A and 25B are the rockiest...not too bad going down but coming up is tough. My wife can make it up as long as it isn't raining.
