i just joined a gym and i want some work out tips. i know some of u are really into working out. so teach me lol

Go work out mon wed fri for 1 hour every week. if you have a day where you are tired, go anyways and get what you need done. Also make friends with people who look like they know what they are doing. They can help you out most with your form. its all about form not weight, the weight will increase when you have the correct form

Yea i want to get that for sure!! I do still go to the gym every day, or every other day. Just keep going consistently. Remember that its like 70% what you eat 30% what you do in the gym.

having the correct diet is key to gain strength and endurance. take it easy for the first few months to condition your tendons and ligaments.

as stated before, form is key. it will also prevent injuries. if you are sore, Dont work on that muscle group or auxilery groups that assist in that particular workout.
