ok so i just started college this year. i really havent dated too much. the other day i hooked up with this girl i have know for a couple months and came home with a couple hickies. my parents freaked out. did they over react? i know they just care about me but really, thats as far as we went. i think they over reacted. can i get some parents feedback on this. thanks

I agree with the tacky part. They are just lookin out dude. I am 25 and to this day if my parents saw somthing like that on me they would freak.

It's trashy and not really appealing to other people but it happens. I think your parents have the right to tweak but it happens. Next time don't let her suck the blood from your neck and you'll be fine. :D

i've had a few in my lifetime. They are tacky and trashy lookin honestly, but it does feel good. Not to get to graphic but sometimes hickies happen when u and your girl are at it and she has to keep quiet some how. :D it just happens and u don't realize it

I was thinking the same thing....dude if I was your dad I would be like...what do you mean that's as far as you got. Hickies are something that kids do. Dude....your in college now. Why are you even going home on the weekends?

LOL. I haven't given or received a hickie in 20 years. My kids are 4 and 6. If they were older and son came home with one I'd be LMAO. If it was my daughter, maybe a different story.

My parents never flipped. They just made fun of me haha. I get pissed any time a girl does that. What's the point? It's like a girls way of marking their territory and trying to claim you as their own. :D

my girl use to put them on my neck all the time...she said it was her mark so other girls would stay away..yea right. ive come to the conclusion if you have them on your neck its like telling a girl openly your ready to take it much further than that...but yea their trashy and as far as the parents go mine use to just make fun of me enough to where i never let it happen again...but your in college its experimenting time.. just keep it safe,

fact of the day: -condoms= 3$ a box
-child= more money than your willing to dish out in college.

*its simple high school algebra

College I go enough to attend but I have never woke up at ECU you with a hickie maybe a beer stained shirt or a black eye haha
