replacing bearings/seals/sleeves etc.

not gettin any luck in the 450r section yet so ill try here. im replacing the bearings and seals in some houser a arms and need some advice on how to get the bearings out/in. thanks

The easiest way is with a press. If you don't have access to a press, use a socket and hammer to knock them out. Be careful knocking the new ones in though. If you hit them too hard, you can damage the race, making the bearing useless. You can freeze the bearing overnight and they will go in easier.
