04-05 spindle tab mod

So I picked up some hubs and spindles of a 04-05 trx and am told there is a tab i cut off anyone got details how to do it maybe pics

there is nothing you need to cut off just bolt on and go

some people grind the stops on their stems a little bit to turn sharper, but there is nothing that needs to be done to the spindles.
