adjust the idle on the carb. turn it and it will make the engine rev a bit more to where it wont stall.

you also need to adjust the air fuel screw

its 14 on the pic

it explains it in the manual

the idle screw is the easiest though

The idle screw is actually big enough to turn with your fingers. I had to adjust mine after i put my pipe on.

how long do you think it will take to do this?

I had this same problem after throwing on my CT pipe. I would have to keep it revved high for the first min or so or it would die out. FInally I found the idle screw in my mechanics manual and found what an easy fix it was. I turned it up high first than lowered it little by little until I thought it was fine and would die out. It starts now with the first push of the buttona nd doesn't stall out a bit...

when i put my pipe and stuff on and rejetted my idle was REALLY high. i had to adjust my throttle cable, and mess with the idle. but i fixed it. mine also fires up with just a push of the button and stays runnin.

If you dont know how to make your quad idle faster or evern where it is you should stay far away from engines :p
