replacing bearings/seals/sleeves etc.

k it's time to replace them finally.. the **** bearings will not come out. Can i press them out with a vice or what?? ive been beating on a socket for the past 30 minutes and they're not coming out. Need some help asap. thanks

Yup vice works great. First pry off the cap on each outside. Then stick a socket in the swing arm, close to the size of the bearing as you can find. Then a larger socket on the outside of the swing arm big enough for the bearing to fit in. just press it out straight and slow. If your careful you can press them right back in also just make sure you use the backend of the socket you want the most surface area possible on the bearing so that you dont crush it.
