my boy said he seen this on espn's show "Sport Nation". and it was awesome. so i figured post it up here. so with out any further a do, i'd like to introduce yall to "The Trampoline Master"

Very cool!!! It looks like it's being reversed but it's not.

at the 1:48 part where he goes down on his back and does a flip in reverse....that has to be the hardest thing to do! Very cool.

That's crazy. But it makes my knee hurt watching it. lol. I can't jump on a tramp anymore. :(

that's pretty cool but i see ouch written all over it... nova don't feel bad your not the only one, due to a 3/8" piece of rebar going through my knee.. but i do more than i'm supposed to on it and i know when it's had way to much..

Yeah, I tore my ACL and just thinking about jumping on a tramp makes it hurt. lol.
