where to buy 250r rear Bump stop

i recently purchased a 250r rear shock that is in need of a new bump stop....its almost completely gone.....i have searched and searched but i cannon find one of these anywhere, along with somekind of seal kit??? ive heard of people findind the actual bump stop but im lookin at rebuilding it while im there....any help would be great.
