Hello,

My jetting is pretty close to how it should be now, in the mid-rpm and higher rpm it runs great.
Only in the lower rpm it holds in a lot, more than normal.
Should I turn the air screw a little more open ?

Another question, what do you guys do to 'prevent' getting a burn hole from the pipe in the rear plastic ?
I've got brand new fenders and don't want a burn hole after some rides.

Thanks,
Jan

Just a few questions first:

What CARB ? 34pj, 39pj , 38a/s

What size is your Pilot Jet ?

What Needle ? (3 letter designation or 4 numbers)

Are you using the steel support rod for your fenders ? (that keeps the plastic away from the pipe)

I have to check those things, it is the stock carburator, thats for sure.
I also noticed the airscrew is only turned out 3/4 turn instead of 1,5 turns.
And this bike has no airbox lid.
