OEM number plate with Maier fenders????

Hi, I have a cherry blue OEM hood and black intake on the bottom from an 86 R.

Will these mount to a Maier two peice front fender set, or do I need to get the whole set from Maier?

Or would it be best to hang on to the OEM plate and intake until I find OEM plastic to match and go with a one piece race cut from Maier?
