Hey guys,
I'm looking into putting one of the Quadtech 250r hoods on my Ex. Does anyone have any pictures of the hoods on the 400s? And if you do, do you have a picture of the front plastic with the hood removed? I'm interested in how I need to trim it...
Thanks

Also, how did you guys relocate your switches?

I'm in the process of getting a hood. I need answers before I start cutting.

if you're going to dish out the money for a quadtech, you might as well get one made for a 400ex. they're hard to come by, but they'll fit a lot better and look much cleaner.

This is sorta old. I've already got one. It is for a 250r but oh well. It works.

450r's seem to fit up a lot nicer. the 250s are too skinny.

my friend but off his lights, and moved theswitches to a plate that mounted on steering stem made

Mount your key switch on whats left of a fender if you can, if you cant then on the side of the hood.

Get rid of the light switches and all that crap. A kill switch from a CR125 wouks perfectly for a new start button, and then you can run a clutch perch that is made only for a clutch lever, without the p-brake crap.:)
