Used a press to get the seal out, looks like some of the cover came off with it.

i think it'll be fine, just clean it up a little with sand paper and when you go to put the seal back in use some silicone around the ring of the gasket to help it seal better

Destey, the seal and spring part is not supposed to separate from the steel still in the cover. I've never tried putting one back in to re-use it.

the new mech. seals I got from honda, everything was one peice. I had to hit out the metal collar and such and I was left with what you have. I know the parts fiche shows it 3 separate parts, it came as one piece in the honda bag. Don't forget the seal behind the mech. seal and maybe a new bearing also.
