Hey guys, I need a little help with jets. I know both you guys live pretty far south and may be able to give me some advice on jetting. Central Georgia area so not too far from yall. I have a 09/LC 70cc with a stage6 sport pro kit and PCS pipe with a standard stage 1 uni-filter, I guess 50 degree temps are coming...what would get me in the ball park for jetting?

We have a customer running that set up with a 45 pilot and 115 Main.

The cooler temps will want more fuel and running a little fat is better than lean.

Lots of variables effect this as each quad has its own personality and other factors such a air filter oiling etc

got basically the same setup on our race bike and practice bike. ran a track this weekend with 40 degree temps in morning. this track is @ 300 above sea level 45 pilot, 118 main early in morning and 115 when warmed up mid day.

I agree with the top 2 posts, and I would also lower the needle clip one positon (richer) for the winter, air screw can be adjusted for slight changes in temps , screw in for richer , and out for leaner . We are assuming you are running the 21 PWK factory carb. ALLWAYS verify jetting with plug readings because other factors can vary your jetting from the next guys , such as oil ratio in the fuel, injectors vary from 16-1 to 25-1 on most quads, and pre mix ratio's can be from 32-1 to 60-1, this changes jetting because the more oil in the mixture the less gas is present by volume, therefore leaning out your jetting.
