new valves wont fit new valve guides

brand new valve guides for a 05 450r. wont fit a brand new valve for a 05? or even the old valve. any ideas?

Did you use a valve guide reamer after you installed them? 04-05 have a 5.5 stem on both in. and ex.

if you put new valve guides in then you have to ream them, i ended up turning a drill bit in by hand because i didnt have a 5.5 reamer, everything worked out fine doing it that way, just make sure you use the right size bit, i forget what size i used. make sure you lube alot as you do it too
