Pics of gussets

Well I have my 250r torn down to the frame for a rebiuld, and I am going to gusset the frame. I need some good pictures of some gussets, and where to put them.

Please take this into consideration, Gusseting in any other areas will move the stress points to unwanted areas and will make the frame crack even easier.

I have this done to my frame as well and I have ridden it very hard and have not cracked it since the gusseting job. Besides the metal pieces added that you see, The motor mount welds were gone over to beef them up as well as the foot peg area.

this frame is tants, the bottom gussets were added as an update to my gusset design.

The R has different crack prone areas then the ex so reading about the gusseting of a 400 wont really help much.
