yfz450r clutch cable

I own a 2009 yfz450r and needed a new clutch lever and perch. Come to find out the stock clutch cable and the clutch lever are not compatible as they have a lot of slack left even after adjusting both fittings on the cable all the way out. A guy tells me to run a yfz450 cable so I ran to the shop to run one and come to find out that after adjusting it all the way, it's to short. Anybody know which setup to use with an aftermarket clutch lever? God I can't wait for a hydraulic clutch to come out!

I run the yfz cable on our YFZR with the Sunline pearch and before that, an ASV perch.

You might need the little adapter that ASV has or do this........
