Thoughts on front bumpers?

I've been saying I'm going to replace the stock one since I got the damn bike, but for some reason I keep putting it off. Just wondering which ones you guys like.

I was considering these:

Also, I kinda want to go with a black one, but I don't know if will look good with my silver nerfs. Kinda rather keep them the same color, you know? Anyways, just wondering what you guys think.

The Tag argo would flow with the lines of the bike, I would go with that one.

I also like the Tag and think it will go best with the bike. I almost got that one, but read reviews the insert rattles. So I eneded up going with the Tusk one that looks very similar. I think it was Motosport had the Tag for $56 in either black or silver. If you have the frame the OEM color I would keep your bumper the same color as your nerfs. Otherwise I think you have too much going on. And with either the Tag or Tusk, they both have the black insert which helps offset the polished look.

Yeah, I was thinking black because I am going to be getting some black wheels and gonna powder coat my nerfs black here pretty soon. Even with the frame the stock color I think that would look pretty sweet. And the Tag one would match my bars haha.

I like both tags. That would be my choice if I smashed up my dg. I would go with a black one too. steve

i got the Regular tag one in black and it does look sexy. lol but the only thing is if your ridin behind someone its not ganna stop anything from flying into your oil tank and radiator. so i would go with the agro beacause its got that metal plate.

i have a black duncan atv one like the first tag on ill sell for 45 shipped. its sligly bent. one of the mounts needs to be heated up and bent back into plaace. other than that mounts up fine. its painted black but chrome underneeth. good shape. no dents, or cracks. 45 shipped. pm me

on a side note....what is the deal with any of UM's products? the welds always look half assed even on the display models.

I was thinking the same thing. One of their warehouses it about 15 minutes away from me. Been meaning to go check it out.

I just bought a Tusk and i really like it. looks great and feels pretty solid.

Overall I'm happy with the Alba. Had to use some washers as spacers on the mounts and it's the slightest bit crooked (can't really tell, but I still lose sleep over it). For $50 I can't really complain, though. It's still 10x better than the stock piece of crap. One of these days I'll splurge for the IMS Roll one I really want.

Rinaldi what heel gaurds are you running?

They are the Tusk with heel guards. I think they are great for the money. I paid about $170 shipped. Fit was dead on unlike the Pro Armor and a couple others I tried. Plus for the price it was too hard to beat. They are durable and seem rock solid.

So I got a replacement since mine wasn't mounting straight. Think I'm going to sell the new one and get the IMS Roll I wanted in the first place. Just don't know if I want the Classic or the Intimidator.

I do like the look of it. Not sure if I like it better than the Classic, though. My only concern with the Classic is that is seems to be pretty big, but I don't think that's exactly a problem.
