Still Haven't Gotten my ATV Title(4 months later)

Can someone help point me in the right direction here.

I live in PA. I bought my quad in NJ. It was financed. That was back in October of 06. I paid it off in May of 09 and i still have yet to receive my title. Is this because i bought it in NJ and i believe that Nj has a law requiring it to be registered? Can some one help me out. Should I call the loan company?

i would call the loan company, but PA can take for ever for titles....

you should receive the MSO w/ signed & notarized lein release and/or lein release form. I would call and find out what is taking it so long. In NJ atv's aren't titled, in some states they are titled. Where they are titled, its the same thing, just a more official piece of paper and it holds more legal value. In alot of cases, MSO's are worthless.

Yea I just remember what I had to go through for my 300ex for a title because when i bought it, the guy lost the title and then when I sold it, the guy wanted a title so i had to register it and everything in Jersey. That was expensive. I guess I am going to call the loan company.

we bought this lt80 back in 96, the title came in the mail in 2005 lmao
