I just sold my 400ex and bought a 450er. I'm trying to decide what oil to use. What are the advantages and disadvantages of each and what do you guys run?

What advantage is there to the one with moly and the one without? I've been told and maybe read somewhere that oils with friction modifiers tend to cause an engine to burn more oil than those without. Is this correct or have any of you guys heard this before? Not worried about the tranny side, I'm gonna run the HP Transmission oil. I'm just concerned with the engine side. What about the 10-4- vs. 10-50 as well?
