painting frame

is there any kind of paint that will not chip off of a frame or will i have to powder coat it. if so what kind of paint and where can i get it from?

No paint that I know of will not chip but lots of coats of clear will help but if its apart call pappy thats the right way :macho If you havent seen his work do a search next time mines apart i'm going to call on him.:D
