how to adjust 400ex valves?

i need to know how you would adjust the 400ex valves. what is the setting that they should be at?

Check out the EX Tech section of this site. There's a good write-up on how to adjust your valves. It should tell you everything you need to know, but a service manual (Honda or Clymer) is always nice to have around...
