Whats the best motor to put in a 400ex???????????????????

Does anyone know what would be the best out of a cr250,cr450, or a 440ex motor with cam, high comp piston, hinson clutch curtis or ct pipe, a carb, valves, and port and polish????????????:confused: :confused:
