I thought you couldnt powdercoat a-arms cause the ball joints are attached? is that the other kinda stuff that's really hard that i forgot the name of?

they are powdercoated... u can pc stock a-arms a single color... no special colors thought just reds and blacks and blues etc...

Quick question. When you powdercoat frames...do you leave the bolts in the holes or what? or do you have to go through and clean out every bolt hole.

i used bolts (not his bolts) to keep all the pc out of the threads.

most of them are plugged,,some are over looked but it's not biggy if they get some PC in them..

mike get out the wrench!!! its actually easier then i thought to rip it down... i did it by myself in just under 7 hours i think... in 0 degree weather with no heater and no room to move bc my sheds so small:grr

tommy ya been trying to keep this rebuild a "big secret" like it was gonna be an aftermarket frame or somthing.

looks good tho. i woulda gone black, but mabe your "scret" platic color and grahics will match perfectly and look bad@$$!

well tants i didn't do what the big secret was... it was a orange frame yellow plastic custom graphcis... it was just gonna be 2 much 2 do it:(

I think he does,,,TQS can gusset and PC it too if pappy's to busy..which from what i hear he's gettin ready ta move his wife and kids outa the house and he's makin the bedroom the PC shop and the kids room the oven room..:eek:

I was thinking the same thing, and I would think the heat wouldnt be good for the stk ball joints, but then I wouldnt waste my time pc'ing the useless stk arms in the first place.

Its looking good so far tommy now get it all back together.

and i pced the stock a-arms as a sort of test... we were gonna por 15 them but pappy wanted to try pc again...
