Anyone run their brand? I see they have an offer now, a whole set for $300, doesn't sound to bad.

Not sure where your prices are but here is their website.

Here is my install: http://www.mustangous.com/motorcycle/2006_400ex/skid_plates/skid_plates.html

There was a website that had a shootout for a few different manufactures for the 400ex. Their link dont seem to be working anymore. It was a good one. I personally like Ricochet's plates better because they seem well thought out. The rear skid plate is extremely heavy duty. I like the main chassis skid plate because the have cut outs for the oil drain plugs and also up in the front the skid plate wraps around the frame. They just seem very well thought out and stronger then the competition....

I have been running their full chassis skid plate and the swingarm skid plate for two years now and have no complaints. Both are very strong and have held up to a lot of abuse. The price seemed very good and the install was very easy. I expecially like the swingarm plate because it has a poly chain guide built into it.

Thanks for the opinions guys, that's my thoughts too, skids are pretty much all the same. Betwen all the different ones I had on my 3 wheelers, had an OMF on my 400EX, DG's on the trikes, they all pretty much were the same.

Any problems attaching nerf to the Ricochet skid plate?
