hey guys, ive been looking for a used truck, and came across a 2002 F-350 with the 7.3 diesel in it. the price is real cheap, but it has 160k on it.

my question is, with that many miles, what kind of stuff should i be looking at and/or will be needing replaced soon?

it looks like it was kept up very nice, but the miles worry me. even though its a diesel, the motor will run forever, but what will fail on me is what im looking for. thanks guys,

let me know if you have any ideas or comments!!!

the parts that will go are the alternator, brake booster/vacuum pump and you might have some brake issues. I had on my 97 7.3, rear brake line, brake booster, alternator, turbo needing replacement, fuel filter plunger leaking, water pump and collapsing front brake line(costing a rebuilt caliper also). This truck has 162k.
