Hey scro,
Feel like doing another one?

or...

(I cant decide which way it will look better at avatar size.)

I can't see the pictures for some reason. But, it's simple to do. You can either do it in paint, or Microsoft Picture Manager. You can do either by right clicking on the file < Open with < Paint or picture manager.

In paint:

With the picture opened up in the program, click on Image < Sketch/Skew. In the popup dialog box, change the horizontal and vertical to something less than 100%. Click OK, then save. Check the file size of the image. If it's under 20kb, then you are good to go. If not, repeat the process until it is.

In Picture Manager (little easier):

Open the file, and click on Edit Picture. In the menu to the right, click on resize. Select the toggle for "Percentage of original width x height. Press the down arrow, until both the height and width are under 65 pixels. You will see it change in the "Size setting summary". Click Ok, then save.

If you're using a Mac, you SOL because that might as well be German to me.:p
