Loose clutch lever

I have a 1985 Honda 200x 3 wheeler. The clutch lever does not spring back & you have to push it back with your fingers. The clutch seems to be slipping. When I drive it I have to give it A LOT of gas before it will move. When I really give it gas when I'm driving, it seems to slip. Is there a way to adjust the clutch or do I need to replace it?

my guess would be internal parts. probably looking at new plates and springs at the least. inspect your clutch basket and pressure plate and lever mechanism in there. you might try to look up parts at honda of troy . com , usually a good source...
