i want to still use my headlights and tail lights on my 400ex but want to smoke them out??

can i use window tint?

No.... Tint goes on the inside of the windows for a reason...

You have to use vinyl like they do on cars/trucks headlights/tailights. They also make this stuff that comes in a can that you spray on like spraypaint.. Check out your local autozone or advanced auto...

The stuff in the cans works good. I smoked out my lights on my truck and they look great.

the stuff in a can works ok but if u go that route be sure and dont do to many coats cause it will make them to dark were u cant see. be sure and do alot of coats of clear.

the can they are talkin about is called VHT night shades.. they carry it mainly at hobby shops but occasionally it can be found at autoparts stores..

my suggestion is to do it the right way and get some automotive clearcoat and ad in a few drops of black automotive paint to the clear and then spray it that way.. comes out much cleaner and professional looking.. VHT is very flat
