AC Pro Peg Nerf Installation Question

Installing my new pro pegs on a 2002 400ex. The bars in the front slide together (male/female) but come about 2 1/2 inches short of seating all the way. Is this correct? Everything else seems to line up correctly, except they fit on the front motor mount bolt holes instead of the back (lower) ones as the instructions say.

yeah its ok if they dont go into each other all of the way, just make sure you have the black thing for the footpeg is above the footpeg bolts and you should be all set

thats perfectly normal on pro-pegs,,i've owned 2 sets and they both did that..;) Now ya need some big beefy peg extenders like the ones in the pic to really help ya out...:D

yeah nice quad rico, 2 problems i see with it
1. the pink drain tube thing for the bottom of the airbox is missin
and 2. its tricked out quad but its got a stock canister

The stock muffler's on it cuz i use the 416 for deer hunting..having a loud aftermarket pipe on there kinda pisses off the other hunters around me..:D

And the pink drain tube is gone because I just thru my stock airbox back on after my aluminum one exploded on me.. I'll have new updated pics of the arse end real soon...;)

1 year of MX and XC riding a racing was all it could handle..the battery was just too much for it..:(
