Help... Just bought 06 400 ex whats interchangable with 450r

Hello all, I just bought a 06 400 ex and it was abused. It need new plastic, headlight, brakes, bearing, seat, chain, cogs, anyway the exhaust was held up with zip ties... lol that should sum it up. I am wanting to do a few upgrades while im going through it, what 450r parts interchange with a 400 ex, headlight and shocks? Oh, i am looking to do a lilttle trail riding and i have a small track at my house, looking for some advise for decent upgrades. Thanks chris:

shocks, bumpers, swing arm, rims, hubs, spindles if you the right years, some nerfs too, I am sure there are some others that i forgot but that should get you started. steve
