new rings. more new rings. and well more new rings. and rehoned cylinder. smokes. new valve seals. no oil in the intake. but smokes. alot. i may have fire insurance put on it monday. :devil:

Did you gap your rings? Hone the sleeve to break in the new rings? Measure the sleeve taper? Why did you instal rings the first time? Was it smoking or did it blow thw crank? Drop a valve? A bent rod from a valve drop will cause smoking .

everything in this motor is brand new. every seal. the crank. every bearing. the head has be ported. its a brand new 13:1 cp piston. brand new rings. freshly honed cylinder. rings gaps are dead on . new valves. it didnt drop a valve they just wore out
