cant get rear fenders on

Why the hell did honda make the rear fenders so hard to put on???:mad:

all do is push it into place and i push hard on the front and i hear a clickin sound and i push forward and it goes on every time. i know some are harder then others.

they eventually loosen up after a while if your bike is new....

get the fenders around the battery and muffler. Pull up on the back of the fenders while pulling up on the front and pushing the front in. push the back down.

I put them on and then push down on the front and make sure you get it in the tab on the gas tank, and just push down on the seat untill it clicks.

It takes time to figure it out. The trick is making sure the tank seat holder is in when the rear part clicks. Why did they make it that way? I think its just part of the old 250R design - alot of good came from that design, and some not so good!
