flushing the bottom end

What can i use to flush the bottom end on a 86 250r it has been sitting on the shelf for a while i just want to get all oil build up out before i use it . I know you can use diesel in cars what about the R any other suggestions thanks ?

gas works best imo. but starting fluid works great too.

i had dirt in mine and i mixed gas and poured it in rotated my crank and then used those little pumps that hook on a drill motor and sucked it out i did that 6/7 times worked great that way too your not flushing all the oil out of the crank bearings with the mixed gas
