New 2001 250ex Honda owner here.

I cannot find a pic of it anywhere.

Could someone plz explain where or show me the pilot adjustment screw in a pic?

By any chance is it the gold screw near the bottom of the carb towards the front?

The one that looks tuff to get a hold of?
