Cutting Plastics

My friend has a 92' quadracer and he wants to know what the best way is to cut the front fenders. He heard that people use hot wire but is not sure what the best way to cut them is. can someone lemme know. thanks.

i roughed minr in with a whiz wheel and finished with a grinder attached with a gasket type scraper material...hardly any elbow grease.......

use "shaved,shave,or shaving fenders"as your search key.you will find plenty of threads that will help you.

take a marker and trace where you wanna cut..then take a hacksaw and cut down the line...after that use song sandpaper and smooth out the edges some.
