More gas tank problems??????????

I am going to try this one more time I have a 05 model an 08 kicker fcr the gas tank wont fit so I got an ims for a 06 and it still wont fit what dose the wires go to on top of the carb I guess Im going to have to cut it off Im about ready to put the stock carb back on this is bs.

do u still have that plastic piece that sits on top of the carb on??

No the gas tank is resting on the carb itself sits about 1/2 inch to high

hmm why did you switch carbs anyways?? how much more hp you getting?? if it's not that much ide say screw it for now... till you can figure something else out...and you cant push it down a tad and put the bolts in or is it too far to push down??

Its a 43mm board fcr their better for responce and Im running a stroker

I just need to know what the wires on top of the carb go to its not the tps

The wires go to the throttle override system. Mine aren't hooked up and it does fine.

so i dont need them then that makes me happy hahahahahah sorry i was about to go nuts I have about 16000 in my quad and still cant ride it because of this, the crank set me back 1200 alone 68mm falicon. I really want to see what shel do im sure you know how I feel.

just cut the carb, you could of fit the carb on with the stock 05 tank if you would of just cut the top off to start with

Do you need any off the wires hooked up to the carb???

I didnt want to cut the carb that was the whole issue who wants to cut on a new carb if they dont have to now that I know I have to that a 06 tank wont work I guess I will.
