Torque specs

I'm getting ready to freshen up the top end on my little brothers 400ex. I can't find a service manual online. Can I get the headbolt torque specs, cam cap torque specs, and the valve clearence specs. That should be all I need.

cylinder head cover
TORQUE: 8 mm bolt: 23 Nm (17 Lb)

cylinder head
TORQUE: 44 Nm (4.5 kgfm, 33 lb)
