Blustery day

The wind was just plain foul here today. We had power on and off so work was curtailed.

I had planned on shooting deer until about 11 am but with teh weather so bad I ended up setting up twice on a few of the ones brave enough to meander about:p

I can't wait to get home and see how much the leaves have turned colors.

Today as a blistering day 90 degrees out and there was hardly any wind lol. Cool down already jeez. We had a "cold front" and it was beautiful out for like 2 days last week high in the low to mid 80's and 70's most of the day, ah perfect weather. 90° is rediculous its October, next week we are getting record highs in the middle of the state I hear mid to upper 90's!

Greg, I bet things have really changed since your operation....

Billy....you asked about the deer and looking relaxed. They were but a swirl of wind had them on alert and they dont stick around after that haha. These are wild deer, no petting zoo:p

yea it was pretty nasty down here today too. work sucked with the wind then i went out for a few hours this evening with my bow. i saw 1 deer, a smaller buck. looked like a 4 point maybe a small 6 not sure. i hate hunting when its as windy as it was today. yea well i'll try again tomorrow.

From what I was told, things are really chnged and even starting to fall. Can't wait for this time next year .... I'll be getting married and hope that the colors are out in full.:devil:

you have to be really on the look out on a day like today in the tree stand, but i like huntin gon days like this cause you can get away with alot more in the treestand

windy and rained here... pretty muched sucked.. hoping weather is good for flint lock.. rain really dont help for gun powder :mad:

i would love 90 degree weather! its cold, raining...and i wanna ride! just got my exhaust on and its been rainin all damn day:mad:

it was 92° where I live this afternoon. Ft. Meyers hit 96° then all next week its going to be mid to upper 90's lol crazy, cool down already. 90's is hot! Low 80's for the high is perfect weather IMO. Cant wait for fall for it to cool down haha
