quick question....my 250 came with a +2+4 axle and insanely offset rims. with no spacers on the axle (stock width) the rear tires are still about 2 inches wider than the front.

should a reverse the rims with a combo of spacers to get it to the same width as the front? of is it better to have the rear wider/narrower?

this is mainly widden in trails and will maybe start some jumps.

thanks

I would just find out what axle brand you have and get new spacers and start there. I know on lonestars site they sell replacement parts and the spacers should be pretty close for all brands. If the rear wheels have a crazy offset to make them wider chances are they were flipped to get them like that. Largest offset for rear I have seen is 5/5 on 10 in. wheel. I think 7/3 is standard.

i have all the spacers, my main question is what is the best setup to run? equal width up front and rear, wider in rear? wider up front?

They should be equal or pretty close.

If you are wider in the rear than the front, the rear end will tend to come around on you. Made for more tight turning. If you trail and or XC ride, I like to have the front a little wider than the rear. My opinion.
