is there a how to thread on changin the rear brake pads? i've searched

as the title says, i have searched and came up with nothing..

i'm trying to change my rear pads and i cant get the caliper off.. i dont know what the deal is..

also i'm gonna throw on my parking brake block off, should i just cut the cable up as high as i can and leave it there until i get a new cleaner bar setup?

I dont know if there is a how to on here but i mines always a hassle to get the caliper off and on theres a bump in the metal that is in the way on the bracket i filed it off that seemed to have solved the problem but i did have to tap it off with a rubber mallet to get off the first time

For the caliper just knock off with rubber mallet and for the parking brake just remove the cable. If memory serves me the stock perch will still with just one cable. If not there are cheap ones like $15-20 to replace it.
