Most folks have them powdercoated.

Does it cause any heat issues that you know of?

No, aircooled cylinders are coated on many engines, there is no marked increase in heat

Very cool. One more question for you. Would it be possible for you to hone the cylinder out after you coated it? How much $$$ would I be looking at. Thanks
