The clutch is pretty easy to change, just take it slow and watch were every peace came from and in what order they were in. If you get it apart and have any questions give me a call and I will walk you thru it.

What would be a good upgrade from stock?

Have you done any motor mods or are planning any? I have used a Barnett clutch before and did not have any luck. I went with a FDO clutch set up when I did my stroker. 250r fibers and 300ex steels. Then the pressure plate is machined to accept the extra plates. It really not that more expesive, I think I have about $130 in mine with new springs also.

My bike is basicly stock except for the usual mods(uni air filter, Opened stock pipe, 155 main jet, and grinded welds). I would love to get a 416 kit but the extra cash hasen't showed it's ugly face yet.
