widing kits or bigger a arms?

i was wondering what would be better on to put on my 1997 300ex... i have been looking into longer a arms and widing kits.. it would be cheaper to buy the kit and use all my stock parts then buy 400 a arms, 250r shocks and relocater bracket.. i was wondering the pros and cons behind the idea!! thanks

depends what you do with it lol! you do trail riding or motocross? widin kit would be an alright way to go if your trail riding. thier not as strong as plus a arms but they are cheaper. if your into motocross your prolly gonna wanna go with plus a arms. they are stronger and they handle a lot better. houser makes good a arms that you could prolly bolt right on and use your stock shocks, youd have to check for your quad.

..in short..for saftey reasons....buy the correct aarms, correct shocks and tie rods.....widening kits and relocating kids can be dangerous
