wheel/tire question

hey. i got hold of a set of 23x10x12 tires for my ex. low profile. i plan on only using these on trail rides for ground clearance. and since i can't find a sport rim in 12" i am thinking about the ITP Deltas (non beadlock) or the c series for the back. i would only run these tires and rims when im trailin on a poker run where id need ground clearance. what you think of this idea?

I have a set of 23x11x9 Dunlops I have had for years that I only run in the mud races. On my 250R, I would drop 1 tooth on the front sprocket to compensate the power loss. The Dale pulls them just fines stock. I would say drop 1 tooth for your 400. That extra ground clearance when it is muddy makes a huge differance. The guys at the Mid Souths are always like :huh whenever I pull um out and bolt um up. They are like :eek: when I'm waiting on them at the finish line!:devil

I don't run the tires you guys are talkin about but i've rode in some muddy conditions with my 22 rear razr's adn I've yet to get stuck...:devil
