I'm planning on putting 2-50 watt head lights on my 250x does anyone know if the lighting coil can support that many watts. i noticed the original bulb is only 65 watts.

thanks dan

I am wondering the same thing. Because i really like the look of those little ones, but they are 50w a piece, and i dont want to fry the stator. Anyone have a manual or something?

Hey, the switch cannot handle that. I know, I put 2- 50 watt halogens on my 300ex. burned out my switch. I had nothing crossed if that is the next response. After buying a new Switch assembly ($80.00) I put on 1- 100watt halogen, but ran it through a separate switch. So far, so good, no problems. If you plan on still doing it, I would advise to buy a small switch, and also run an INLINE FUSE with it. I got a 20amp in mine.
