Anyone know Pro Tools LE well???

i just purchased Pro Tools LE 8 with a MBox 2 Pro and i am running it on a macbook pro with snow leopard. Im going to school called CDIA for audio production and i am trying to record at home but sometimes i will get a pop-up that says on the attached image. so if anyone knows anything about pro tools help me out.

i also tried reducing the buffering rate witch it tells me too and it just tells me to increase it after that.
